How to Raise a Complaint

Friendly plumber talking with a homeowner beside a kitchen sink in a Brewster home

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Restaurantsbetter Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Restaurantsbetter Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Restaurantsbetter Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@restaurantsbetter.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
